Scholarship Description:
The women in Leadership Online Program 2023 at Rotman School of Management is now accepting international students. The scholarship enables online course-level programs in Women’s Studies and Leadership delivered at the University of Toronto. The scholarship deadline is not given. Women have historically faced huge challenges in the workplace as a result of societal and cultural structures that limit their prospects. Women are still tearing down the structures that have been absorbed through the decades. The Rotman Women in Leadership online program seeks to prepare you to face these difficulties. Over six weeks, you’ll develop the skills, insights, and resilience needed to overcome structural hurdles to job success and fulfillment. The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto created it. This curriculum begins with a thorough examination of the historical and cultural foundations that have formed gender stereotypes about women. You’ll discover how to overcome these obstacles and how to use verbal and nonverbal communication skills for effective leadership. You’ll study themes including intergenerational trauma with a diverse cohort of female leaders.
