- Be pursuing a higher degree by research (HDR) at UTS during the award year; and not be receiving an award, stipend, or salary similar to the RTP Scholarship that would provide a benefit greater than 75% of the RTP Scholarship stipend rate for Pursuing the HDR. The 75% criterion does not apply to income derived from activities unrelated to the course of study.
