The King’s Scholarships For Doctoral Program

Scholarship Description:

Scholarships for Doctoral Programs are available from His Majesty the King for students from Asian nations. The grant covers PhD level programmes at Asian Institute of Technology in the field of education. The scholarship deadline has passed on December 29, 2019.

This scholarship is awarded to qualified candidates from the following priority countries with outstanding undergraduate (Bachelor degree) and graduate (Master degree) achievements who wish to pursue their Doctoral programmes in any Academic Program offered at the School of Engineering and Technology (SET) and School of Environment, Resources, and Development (SERD) at the School of Engineering and Technology (SET) and School of Environment, Resources, and Development (SERD).

Bhutan and Timor-Leste are the first two countries on the list.

The King’s Scholarships for Doctoral Program is available to undertake PhD level programs at Asian Institute of Technology.

Scholarship Benefits:

Each scholarship award covers tuition, registration fees, accommodation, and a bursary for living expenses in AIT’s residential campus, for the entire period of the 41 months (7 semesters) duration for Ph.D. program..

Students from the following priority countries supported by the Government of Thailand.

2) ASEAN countries
3) Other Asian countries
