International students can receive financial aid from Skoltech Russia for their master’s and doctoral degrees. International Students are welcome to apply for the 2019 academic year. Skoltech strives to give students with as much financial assistance as possible. All accepted Master’s and PhD students will receive a stipend in addition to full tuition and health insurance.

Scholarship Benefits:
Total number of awards: 320 MSc and 95 PhD. The scholarship will be for two years (MSc) and four years (PhD) (PhD). The scholarship covers the following topics:
All MSc students will receive I a tuition waiver (covering the entire cost of tuition), (ii) a baseline starting income of 40k RUB (approximately 550 EUR; tax free), which will increase to 55k RUB (around 780 EUR; tax free) after six months of demonstrated performance, and (iii) medical insurance.
Those accepted into PhD programmes will receive I a tuition waiver (covering the full cost of tuition) and (ii) a baseline starting stipend of 85k RUB (about 1200 EUR; tax free), which will increase to 105k RUB (1500 EUR; tax free) after a year of proven performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applications are open to domestic and international students. Applicants must be in their final year of their undergraduate studies or hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or Specialist degree) in one of the following areas of study: mathematics, technical science, applied science, physics, chemistry, biology, or related areas. Additionally, they must have a record of success in their studies as well as knowledge of English.
