Scholarship Description:

Singapore Overseas Graduate Prize 2023-2024 is a merit-based award given to outstanding international students. The SINGA program 2023-24 encourages brilliant brains from across the world to pursue their PhDs at the leading universities in Singapore. Under this worldwide fully-funded scholarship opportunity, all graduates can pursue their Ph.D. in the subject of science and technology in one of the world’s most academically advanced countries. This international graduate award is a full-time research fellowship in which the fellows will be overseen by top-tier supervisors and peers, allowing them to thrive in their individual research work and disciplines. SINGA strives to attract students from varied origins while also assisting Singapore in becoming a talent center. SINGA acts as a bridge between the world’s bright minds and Singapore. Doctoral studies are available to students from all over the world at universities such as Nanyang Technological University, the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and the Singapore University of Technology. This is due to the Singapore International Graduate Award, which is a partnership between these universities and the Agency for Science. As a result, students with a significant interest in doing research leading to a Ph.D. in science or engineering are encouraged to apply for this prize. This fully-funded doctorate scholarship in Singapore is a one-of-a-kind program since it provides a Ph.D. program immediately after completing a bachelor’s degree. Furthermore, there is no requirement that students who have completed their master’s cannot apply; rather, the SINGA opportunity allows students who have completed their master’s to continue their Ph.D. with the exemption of some courses that students who have completed their bachelor’s must study in order to complete their Ph.D. As a result, foreign scholarships in Singapore make it easier for aspirants to apply for SINGA’s ambition of linking talents from all over the world and sparking partnerships. The fact that SINGA fellows will obtain their degree completion certificates from one of five partner universities, namely NTU, NUS, SUTD, and SMU, demonstrates SINGA’s collaborative goal. The SINGA research project application date in Singapore is June 1, 2023.
