Selection procedure

Undergraduate:

  • The pupil must maintain excellent behavior.
  • Students must have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or from abroad.
  • The student’s high school diploma must be no more than three years old.
  • For the undergraduate level, students must be no younger than 17 years old and no older than 25 years old.
  • A female student must be accompanied by a relative who is a regular resident and is within the banned degrees.
  • Students must meet the entrance requirements.

For Masters And Ph.D.:

  • Students must be at least 30 years old for the Master’s program and 35 years old for the Ph.D. program.
  • If their final degree classifications were conferred in an estimate, students must achieve a recognized certification in their home country with a minimum grade (very excellent).
  • Certificate of English Language Proficiency
  • The student must present two letters of recommendation from former faculty members.
  • Students must not have been expelled from a Saudi institution.
  • Candidates pursuing studies in Arabic Language and Literature, Islamic Law and Studies, Sociology, Psychology, and Information Science must be fluent in both spoken and written Arabic.

Application

  • The applicant’s curriculum vitae.
  • For all programs except Islamic Studies and Arabic Language, the statement of aim must be written in English.
  • A duplicate of the previous degree certificate (certified by the Saudi Embassy).
  • A transcript copy (certified by Saudi Embassy).
    Two of his old instructors should write recommendation letters for him.
  • A copy of a passport that has been valid for at least one year.
  • Photographs.
