Scholarship Description:

International Students can apply for Dalarna University Sweden International Scholarships without IELTS 2023. The scholarship enables Masters-level studies in any subject taught at Dalarna University. The scholarship deadline is March 15, 2023. Dalarna University in Sweden provides scholarships to overseas students pursuing Master’s degrees. These awards are intended to recognize and support overseas students’ remarkable academic accomplishments. Tuition and living expenses are covered by the scholarships, which provide financial aid to students who demonstrate both academic distinction and financial need. Students must be foreign students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland who have been accepted into a full-time Master’s degree at Dalarna University to be eligible for the award.

Scholarship Benefits:

Scholarships go directly toward tuition reductions and will cover between 10% and 50% of your entire tuition expenses. The cash you are given is removed automatically in predetermined amounts each semester for the length of your study.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Marketing and Communication Office, in collaboration with the Program Directors, will assess your scholarship application and determine whether or not you will be awarded one.

They focus on your prior academic performance, appropriate employment experience, and motivational statement during the selection process. Applicants who identify Dalarna University as their first option on universityadmissions.se and get admitted in the first application round will be given priority. If you are given a scholarship, you must complete at least 20 credits in your program of study each semester in order to remain eligible.
Please keep in mind that there is no age restriction for candidates for our partial scholarships, and they are exclusively available to fee-paying students. We usually pick 3-6 candidates for a partial tuition fee waiver for the Spring semester and 40-50 applicants for a partial tuition fee waiver for the Fall semester.

Application Procedure:

  • Scholarship application online
  • A curriculum vitae/resumé (uploaded to your University Admissions account)
  • A video in which you explain why you should be awarded a scholarship.
  • You must explain why you should be given a Dalarna University scholarship in a video (no more than 60 seconds long). You must upload this video to a website or cloud storage service so that the scholarship committee may access it: include the URL to the video in your scholarship application as required. We must be able to see the video using only the given URL.
  • Please do not e-mail the video or submit any papers to Dalarna University. All papers can be uploaded before or during the scholarship application time, which is separate from the Master’s Degree application period at UniversityAdmissions.se.
  • You may make this video with any device. There are several websites that allow you to effortlessly produce a video if you are using a laptop with a webcam.
  • You must complete the online application form and upload the required documentation by the deadlines listed above (i.e., September 30 or March 15, depending on the semester). If you do not submit all required papers by the deadline, your application will be considered incomplete and will be rejected.
