The programs are mostly in English, although additional languages are also offered in this scholarship class. In addition to these study programs, students are given a one-year Hungarian language preparatory training course, which may assist them to continue their studies in the Hungarian language.

Ph.D. Programs in Hungary:
- There is no tuition fee.
- A stipend of HUF 140,000 (about EUR 331) each month for the first four semesters.
- A stipend of HUF 180,000 (about EUR 425) each month for the second part of four semesters till the completion of the study.
- For the length of the program, free dormitory housing or a monthly accommodation stipend of HUF 40,000 will be offered.
- Medical insurance for up to HUF 65,000 (about EUR 153) per person is provided for 12 months.
