Fully Funded McCall MacBain Scholarships is a full graduate scholarship that will provide students with the mentorship, interdisciplinary learning, and global community they need to accelerate their impact on the world.
McCall MacBain Scholarships at McGill is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations.
McCall MacBain Scholars will access a world-class education at McGill, a top research university offering over 400 graduate programs across 80+ departments. McGill is located in Montréal, the best student city in North America (QS 2019).

Benefits
Successful applicant will receive the following benefits:
- Fully Funded McCall MacBain Scholarship covers tuition and fees for an eligible master’s program or a second-entry professional undergraduate program at McGill University
- It also provides a living stipend of $2,000 per month during academic terms
- McCall MacBain Scholars access a comprehensive enrichment program, which includes mentorship, interdisciplinary learning opportunities, and access to a global community
Eligibility
To be eligible for Fully Funded McCall MacBain Scholarships, applicant must:
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee
- be in good academic standing and have good overall conduct
- be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or are on track to complete your undergraduate degree by August 2021
- be enrolled in any master’s program or second-entry professional undergraduate program at McGill for September 2021
- be considered a full-time student at any McGill campus
Application
Applicants are required to submit the following documents for Fully Funded McCall MacBain Scholarships:
- 2 reference letters
- Official transcript
- Personal statement
- Short essay answering a few questions
- A list of your community and work experiences as well as extracurricular activities
After the application period, successful candidates will be invited to a regional interview, followed by a final interview in Montréal.
