Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationals of nations on the World Bank’s list.
- Not a dual-national of a developed country.
- I am not employed by any of the World Bank Group organizations.
- There is no blood related to any of the people working in any of the World Bank Group’s entities.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree.
- After receiving a Bachelor’s degree, you must have worked for three years.
- After receiving a Bachelor’s degree, you must have three years of professional experience.
Selection procedure and Required Documents:
- First, two trained assessors will evaluate on the basis of professional experience (30% weightage), professional references (30% weightage), dedication to your native nation (30% weightage), and educational background (10% weightage).
- Second, the program’s Secretariat analyses the evaluation of two assessors on the following criteria: appropriate distribution of rewards based on geography and gender, applicants with limited financial means, and students in difficult circumstances.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
- A document referring to work experience years.
