Scholarship Benefits:

These scholarships include a 3.5-year doctorate stipend (equal to the Research Councils UK National Minimum Doctoral Stipend, £17,668 in 2022/23, to be announced in 2023/24), tuition at the home rate, and access to additional research support money. If you apply as an overseas candidate, Kent will waive the difference between the domestic and international application fees.

The studentships are available to both domestic and international (including EU) students. UKRI limits the number of international studentships given to every cohort to 30%. Candidates must fulfill the RCUK residence standards to be classified as a Home students.
