Scholarship Description:
International Students are welcome to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program 2022-2023. The scholarship allows students to pursue master’s degree programs in any of the subjects taught in Chinese universities. The scholarship has an open deadline.

Master’s level studies at Chinese universities are available through the Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program 2022-2023.

Eligibility Criteria:
A complete or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between the Chinese government and governments of other nations, institutes, universities, or international organizations is referred to as a Bilateral Program.
Undergraduates, graduate students, general scholars, and senior scholars are all supported under the Bilateral Program. For information on the categories available, please contact the dispatching authorities in your native country. Undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars (including students enrolled in Chinese language programs for one semester or one academic year), and senior scholars are all eligible to apply for this grant.
This scholarship is Type A in the CSC system.
Application Procedure:
- Where to Apply
Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study in your home country. Choose Zhejiang University as your target university, however, please do note that Zhejiang University does NOT directly accept the application.
All the applicants for CSC scholarship- Bilateral Programs should visit the Online Application System for International Students, Zhejiang University (Link), and fill in the complete information.
2. When to Apply
In general, from January to the beginning of April each year. Please consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline for each year.
3. Applicants asking for pre-admission letters MUST first obtain the Form for Provisional Acceptance of International Student by the ZJU supervisor(Download), log on to the online Application System (Link), and send us the paper version of the online application form respectively to:

4. Applicants for undergraduate programs and language programs (general scholars) do NOT need to provide a Form for Provisional Acceptance of International Student by the ZJU supervisor.
